I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and spoke English. The hotel is conveniently located near Ueno station, making it easy for me to travel around this city. The airport is also easily accessible from here. I was able to explore Ueno park, visit the nearby Marui department store, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including delicious red bean pastries. I was impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, transportation convenience, and helpful staff at this hotel.

Great location near Ueno station, making it easy to catch trains. Room had wifi and a Japanese bath. Lovely, quiet neighborhood with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Friendly, helpful staff with English documents available. Would stay again!

The hotel is conveniently located, being very close to Ueno station. Guests can easily access the subway and JR lines, making transportation a breeze. Despite the busy highway in the middle, the area surrounding the hotel is surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful stay. The rooms are well-equipped, offering amenities such as wifi and a Japanese bath. there are numerous restaurants and shops nearby, ensuring guests have plenty of options for dining and shopping.
The staff's English proficiency is limited, which may pose some communication challenges for guests who are not fluent in Japanese.

The location is fantastic, situated on a quiet street in the heart of Ueno. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the free amenities and the convenient free drink machines in the lobby. The room, although small, had everything I needed and wassuper clean and cozy. I would highly recommend this hotel.
